As CEO, Mariano drives the strategic direction of the company. Under his leadership, Onapsis has become the market leader in protecting business applications and one of the fastest-growing technology and cybersecurity companies in the world. 

Mariano has 20+ years of experience in the cybersecurity industry, both as an executive and as a cyber security expert. He was the first to publicly present on cybersecurity risks affecting ERP platforms and how to mitigate them at major conferences such as RSA, Black Hat and SANS. He was the developer of the first open source ERP penetration testing framework and has discovered critical security vulnerabilities in SAP, Oracle, IBM and Microsoft applications.

Mariano has been interviewed and featured in mainstream media such as CNN, Reuters, Wall Street Journal, Fortune and The New York Times. He has been distinguished by Boston Business Journal as "40 under 40", by EY as "Entrepreneur of The Year 2018" and by MIT as a "Top 35 Innovator under the age of 35", as well as being selected an Endeavor entrepreneur. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and has completed executive training programs at Harvard Business School and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

As Chief Product Officer, Sadik is responsible for leading product vision, strategy, and execution for The Onapsis Platform. An executive leader of enterprise security businesses with more than 20 years of experience, Sadik has the insight and expertise to help customers solve today’s most sophisticated security challenges.

Prior to joining Onapsis, Sadik served as Vice President of Product Management for McAfee’s enterprise business. While at McAfee, he envisioned and brought to general availability their market-leading SASE/SSE product and evolved their Gartner Magic Quadrant leading CASB solution. He was also responsible for several other major product lines, including data loss prevention (DLP), secure web gateway (SWG), and network-based intrusion prevention system (NIPS). Previously, Sadik held multiple leadership positions at CDW, helping to lead the security business to over 3x growth. He is a former security consultant, security researcher, and penetration tester.

As Chief Financial Officer, Denis is responsible for leading the global finance and operations organization. A proven executive with more than 30 years of experience scaling publicly-traded and growth-stage global technology companies, Denis has the expertise and track record to drive operational excellence and accelerate global growth.

Most recently, Denis served as CFO of Affirmed Networks, where he helped lead the company’s acquisition by Microsoft and remained as Partner CFO for one year to facilitate the integration of Affirmed within Microsoft’s Azure business unit. Previously, Denis spent nearly three decades in financial positions at EMC, ultimately serving as CFO. He played a key role in the integration of Dell and EMC following Dell’s acquisition of EMC, and he served as CFO of the Dell EMC Infrastructure Solutions Group.

Denis began his professional career with EMC in 1988 as Finance Controller for EMC's manufacturing facility in Cork, Ireland. He transferred to the U.S. in 2000. Denis is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and is a graduate of Munster Technology University (MTU), formerly Cork Institute of Technology (CIT).

As Senior Vice President, Business Operations and Chief of Staff to CEO, Debi is responsible for ensuring streamlined results-oriented activities within the organization based on key company objectives, as well as leading Onapsis’s Program Execution Office. Prior to joining Onapsis, Debi served as Chief of Staff and oversaw business enablement for Global Services and Sales Engineering for several years at Juniper Networks, where she also held other leadership roles across multiple functional areas including Customer Success, Professional Services, Program Management Office and Business Operations. She has vast hands-on experience working directly with Services, Sales, Engineering, HR and Marketing.

Throughout her career, Debi has also held management roles at a number of organizations, including Vodafone, Siemens, and Acision. She attended the Newbury Institute of Higher Education and Henley Business School in the United Kingdom.

With nearly 20 years of human resources and recruiting experience, Catherine brings a genuine understanding of how a thriving company culture can positively impact business performance, a solid track record in hiring and retaining top talent for global organizations and a strong philosophy behind driving company philanthropic efforts.

Previously, she served as the head of HR for global functions at Vistaprint where she was responsible for HR initiatives including talent acquisition, experience and engagement, compensation, performance management and HR Operations. Prior to that, Catherine joined Dell Technologies as part of the Secureworks acquisition where she spent six years as the HR leader for a large global business unit. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Boston College.

As Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, Annabel leads our legal and compliance activities with a focus on expanding our global operations to support Onapsis’s continued growth. She brings deep expertise in growing and scaling cybersecurity and software companies. Managing through empowerment, teamwork and positivity are the hallmarks of Annabel’s leadership.

Annabel’s 15 years of tech industry experience include multiple mergers, acquisitions, IPO initiatives, and international expansion.  Prior to Onapsis, Annabel held executive positions responsible for several functions including legal, corporate information security, audit, strategic partnerships and business development.  Annabel served as General Counsel and Secretary for Singtel’s cybersecurity organization, where she helped lead key growth initiatives, including integrating its various security units into one organization, with over 2,000 employees and 200,000 customers.  While at Trustwave, through both organic growth and 15 acquisitions, Annabel helped transform this startup into one of the world's largest cybersecurity firms, culminating in its $850M-valued sale. 

Annabel holds a biology degree from the University of Texas at Austin and graduated cum laude with honors from St. Mary's University School of Law.

Prior to Onapsis, Shane has held a variety of sales leadership positions at fast growing cybersecurity companies, including Aveksa and RSA. A native to the Boston area, Shane enjoys watching local sports, skiing, and spending time with his wife and two children. Shane holds a B/S Business Administration from Boston University.

Victor holds a graduate degree in organizational leadership from Stanford University and an undergraduate degree in computer science from the University of Buenos Aires. JP helps manage the development of new products as well as support the ERP cybersecurity research efforts that have garnered critical acclaim for the Onapsis Research Labs.

JP is regularly invited to speak and host trainings at global industry conferences, including Black Hat, HackInTheBox, AppSec, Troopers, Oracle OpenWorld and SAP TechEd, and is a founding member of the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) Cloud ERP Working Group. Over his professional career, JP has led many Information Security consultancy projects for some of the world's biggest companies around the globe in the fields of penetration and web application testing, vulnerability research, cybersecurity infosec auditing/standards, vulnerability research and more.

Maria has been building and founding technology businesses for over 20 years. Her operational, entrepreneurial and senior management experience in venture-backed technology companies includes two Massachusetts IPOs of the Year and the founding of two successful companies and a venture capital firm. Prior to co-founding .406 Ventures, Maria served as an SVP of VeriSign following its 2005 acquisition of Guardent, the market leading Managed Security Services provider, for $142 million. Guardent was a Sequoia, Charles River Ventures and NEA-backed IT security company that Maria co-founded and led as CEO. In this role, Maria received industry recognition as "Massachusetts CEO of the Year" and "Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year," among others. Prior to Guardent, Maria was Senior Vice President responsible for sales and marketing at Razorfish, an IT services company that acquired her previous company, i-Cube, for $1.8 billion in 1999, where Maria led sales and marketing. Prior to i-Cube, from 1993 to 1997 Maria was responsible for North American sales at Shiva, the category-creating remote access leader. Prior to Shiva, Maria held sales and marketing roles at Lotus Development Corporation and Software City Inc. Maria holds an AB in English Literature from Mount Holyoke College where she has served as a Trustee and as a member of the college's investment committee. At .406 Ventures, in addition to her investment activities, Maria manages brand building and deal flow strategy. Widely regarded as one of the foremost experts on network and system security, Eschelbeck was invited to present his research in information security to the U.S. Congress, and is a frequent speaker at major industry conferences. Eschelbeck is also a highly regarded author and is well-known for publishing the "Laws of Vulnerabilities." He is one of the inventors of the Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS) and holds numerous patents in the field of managed network security. Eschelbeck previously held CTO positions at Sophos, Webroot and Qualys.

Mr. Roy has over twenty years of financial management experience. Prior to joining Caisse, Mr. Roy held various management positions at Lumenpulse, an architectural LED lighting manufacturing company, including senior vice president, M&A | Investor Relations and Executive Vice President, Finance. He has, among other things, participated in the initial public offering of the company. Prior to joining Lumenpulse, he was Vice President, Finance of ProDrive Systems for nearly six years. Previously, Mr. Roy was Corporate Controller for Actional Corporation (now Progress Software - NASDAQ: PRGS) a Silicon Valley-funded venture capital software company.
