As Chief Financial Officer, Denis is responsible for leading the global finance and operations organization. A proven executive with more than 30 years of experience scaling publicly-traded and growth-stage global technology companies, Denis has the expertise and track record to drive operational excellence and accelerate global growth.
Most recently, Denis served as CFO of Affirmed Networks, where he helped lead the company’s acquisition by Microsoft and remained as Partner CFO for one year to facilitate the integration of Affirmed within Microsoft’s Azure business unit. Previously, Denis spent nearly three decades in financial positions at EMC, ultimately serving as CFO. He played a key role in the integration of Dell and EMC following Dell’s acquisition of EMC, and he served as CFO of the Dell EMC Infrastructure Solutions Group.
Denis began his professional career with EMC in 1988 as Finance Controller for EMC’s manufacturing facility in Cork, Ireland. He transferred to the U.S. in 2000. Denis is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and is a graduate of Munster Technology University (MTU), formerly Cork Institute of Technology (CIT).
