Meet Walki Contreras, a Talent Acquisition Specialist in our Buenos Aires office.
What made you want to join Onapsis?
When I came into the Onapsis office in Buenos Aires for my interview, I saw everyone around me smiling. They were genuinely having a good time at work. I thought to myself: This is the place I want to be.

What does a day in the life look like?
I’m a part of the Talent Acquisition team at Onapsis. During a typical day, we interview candidates and ensure candidates who are interested in joining the Tribe have the best experience possible. We’re also involved in technology talks, event sponsorships, and branding.
Estoy en el equipo de Talent Acquisition donde además de entrevistar, nos aseguramos que los candidatos que están interesados en ser parte de la Tribu tengan la mejor experiencia posible. También estamos con charlas de tecnología, patrocinio de eventos y branding.
What’s the one word you would choose to describe Onapsis, and why?
Supportive. Not once have I felt like I was moving an entire project forward all by myself; there’s always an entire team who has my back.
Creo que sería apoyo, en ningún momento sentí que llevaba algún proyecto completamente sola, siempre hay un equipo entero respaldándome.
What is your favorite part about working for Onapsis?
Working with awesome people; there’s never a dull moment.
Trabajar con gente genial, nunca tenemos un momento aburrido.
What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time, I like to walk my dog, train with my flag football, ride my bike, hang out with friends, and sometimes I mix music on Fridays as an amateur DJ.
Pasear a mi perrita, entrenar con mi equipo (Flag Football), andar en bici, salir con amigos y a veces mezclo música los viernes como DJ amateur.
